◆ How does the commission process work?

1) Reach out to me via twitter/discord/email or google doc. We will discuss the commission and any further details from there.

2) Upon mutual agreement of the commission, I will send you an Invoice. I receive full payment upfront, unless stated or agreed upon otherwise.

3) I will send you screenshot(s) of progress for approval before proceeding. During this stage you are allowed to request changes to be made. Any major additional changes after the first initial change may or may not be charged depending on what is agreed upon.

4) Once the commission has been completed, you will receive a high-resolution PNG file of your illustration(s) and the right to print, post, or display the image for your personal use.

◆Commercial Use?

Commissions are for personal use only unless you have paid for the commercial rights for the illustration.

Commercial use includes selling or otherwise profiting from the image/illustration(s). Examples of commercial use include, but are not limited to:

Selling the image(s) to a third party.

Selling prints of the image(s).

Selling T-Shirts, bags, stickers, or any other merchandise that uses the image(s).

Selling the rights to post or use the image to others.

◆ Do you work under deadlines or have privacy fees?

I do not normally work with deadlines but I always give a estimated delivery time. A rush fee will be applied if you want the commission to be completed by a deadline which will vary in price depending on how quickly you need the illustration(s) completed.

Privacy fees will be applied if you want to keep your commission private.

◆ Other Terms

Do not use my work for the purpose of blockchains, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI training or anything related. I reserve the ability to use and reproduce the illustration, including but not limited to posting on my portfolio and social media platforms.

◆ Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to review, should you request a refund and no progress has been made with no longer then 24hrs since payment then a full refund will be issued.

Any refund requested past 24hrs of payment is subject to a termination fee (25%) However should the commission be already started with progress then the fee will rise in increments of 5%
